I want to register a web account pearsonvue.com. I want to do a test about nokia qt.
Dos the Registration cost something or is the registration free?

AFAIK only the test costs.

Is the Qt Certification Test Computer based or must i talk with someone who asks me?

Is it like multiple choice or free speech? If i am allowed to ask this. If not. Ignore the question.

Anyway:
The registration is free, the exam itself is 150EUR.
The exam is computer based (multiple choice).
