How to show a certain point of a website in to a widget?

I am not sure i this QWebView is the one i want.. Just saying..
So what i want to have is a dialog with some widgets, but also a widget that shows the comments of an article in Omgubuntu for example (http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2012/07/valve-windows-8-a-catastrophe).. But only the comments.. Can qt do something like this?
