My designer-qt4 is crash

my os is linux mint 13 and the qt's version is 4.8.1, when i start up the designer-qt4, it crash.
the ouput is:

I have reinstall it again but i didn't work.

Where did you get your Qt from? Was it shipped as part of linux mint?

I get qt from linux mint's Synaptic(sudo apt-get install designer-qt4).
I delete some config file in my home directory, but i reinstall designer-qt4 several times, it also crash too.

I create a new acount and use this acount to login and start up the designer-qt4, it works, it dont' crash.
