How to create icons (close ,resize min) with look and feel of windos 7/vista?

Hello all
is there some framework or tutorial on how to create icons that mimics the look and feel of windows 7 / vista
like in the image i linked , please look on the small icons in the top right (close ,resize min) and NOT in the windows .

What are you trying to achieve? If you run a Qt application on windows 7, this is already the window decoration you get. Note that that is not drawn by Qt, but by Windows itself.

Ok , thanks so i missing here something ... i dont see it in windows 7 .....
