Phonon::MediaObject finished() not emitted all the time

The finished() signal of the Phonon::MediaObject class, which is supposed to be emitted everytime the media reaches its end (assuming there is only one media in the queue) is sometimes not fired.
I am sorry not to bring much details here, but unfortunately this is all I got...Does anybody face the same problem here?
