Converting programs written for Qt 3.2 to 4.0 or higher

Good evening,
I'm trying to compile the program Ktechlab in Ubuntu 4.12, but the Ktechlab was written for Qt version 3.2 and current version is above 4.

The problem: Is there a command to convert the source files for the most recent version of Qt?

BTW, If I am right, Ktechlab is an application written in KDE instead of pure Qt.
