Wetab OS, based on Meego. Using Qt 4.7 because 4.8 isnt supported.

I just use mouse/move/press etc. Works fine as touch.
App: aircraft navigation system on the WeTab (QtC++).
In that system touch works fine. No need for gestures.
I don't use an emulator, just installed qTSDK on the WeTab.

I did some questions in the Wetab forum I got a replay that worked, http://www.wetab-community.com/index.php?/topic/19063-hello/ (I installed Qt fom the wetab repo)
However I could not make it work the same examples using the Qt offline install from the Qt.nokia site. I'll have to check this better.
Mouse /move/press works nice for touch but doenst work for multitouch.

I did not use the repo. I never use repo's for QTSDK for linux.
I installed it conform the Qt instructions up here: http://qt.nokia.com/downloads.
I did some updates of Qt libs via yum (your app will report about the missing libs).
Maybe using a newer SDK and libs would help.
              good luck.
