When i check the webassembly box it shows as 0 bytes and nothing is installed. Is it just me? Is there a command line workaround for installing this on windows?

Run "Update components" before "Add or remove components" to fix the "Add or remove..." view. Fresh installs and upcoming releases will not see this issue.
