What is the best settings for Qt 6 CMake project if need to cover maximum of available users? Using Qt 6.11, need to know what API and SDK version to define in settings.

QT_ANDROID_MIN_SDK_VERSION 28
QT_ANDROID_TARGET_SDK_VERSION 36

Will be this settings enough to define in CMake file? Will it be working at all with Qt 6.11?

It was meant as the Google application store hence shortened to "App Store" which name is Google Play and not the same as Apple's own AppStore.

The ultimate factor is what the App Play Store requires at the time you publish your application.

I would say no settings at all.
If you want to maximise the number of platforms supported, just use the defaults from your Qt build which aims to cover the 90% of the market at the time of release.

You have more explanation in the supported versions selection guidelines in the Qt documentation.
