Hi,I just meet the similar question like u,and i try the methoids which under ur question,but all of those methods didn't work,so,i try another way to avoid using QtCreator,i used the adb command to install apk,and after that i found the Run and Debug funtion in the Qt Creator can also work normal.Maybe this can help u.
