QtCreator on Windows 7

I installed an older version of Qt Creator for my old laptop (I've reset my laptop because the windows start menu was not working), which runs Windows 7. But when I run Qt Creator 10, the error happens in the image. Are there any online installers for Windows 7? My old laptop cannot upgrade to windows 10. Please reply if you could!

Iirc QtCreator 5.x was the latest which was built with Qt5. -
