The SDK isn't found.
Either the SDK installation is broken, or the JDK version doesn't match. I don't know Eclipse, but JDK 11 definitively doesn't work. You need 17, see here: https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/supported-platforms.html -

my project build with jdk11 so I use android studio to download packages to build my project but All essential pakages still error I don't know how to fix bug

As @Axel-Spoerl said earlier, you need JDK 17
