Is there some tool to configure Qt for Windows settings, for example the default style, color palette ?
I recall the old days where there was qtconfig tool, now obsolete in favor of platform integrations. However in Windows, there is no such concept as "style" and anyway the Qt style fusion does not mimick current Windows 11 styling.

Thanks

I don't set the theme explicitly

You do. Otherwise fusion would not be selected but windowsvista or windows11. Or you simply don't ship those plugins (styles folder) because you don't use windeployqt for deploying your application to another computer.

When my app starts, it seem to be starting using Fusion style by default.

Then you explicitly added this in your code to use the fusion theme. Even a tool (which is not available) would not help then.
