Cant Download Qt Open Source Version.

I am trying to download the Qt Open Source Version since yesterday, but I have been facing issues during the download process. I want to download the windows x64 version. Right at the beginning of download, I get the following error:
Cannot download archive http://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/desktop/tools_maintenance/qt.tools.maintenance/4.9.0-202503040828tqtc-installer-framework-Windows-Windows_11_22H2-MSVC2019-Windows-Windows_11_22H2-X86_64-QtInstaller-Static-build.7z: Connection closed

How can I fix this?
