    I am trying to develop an application for DICOM viewer and integrating DCMTK package inside my application, When ever I add any of the call from DCMTK I am getting this error Kindly help me out

    "The application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000279"

      Just a wild guess, but if you have antivirus, try disabling it (unless it's Microsoft Defender).
