You can get it (https://download.qt.io/development_releases/prebuilt/libclang/) or compile by yourself the LLVM (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/releases/tag/llvmorg-19.1.6, https://releases.llvm.org/) and provide to LLVM_INSTALL_DIR environment variable.

Sorry, what are you expecting/hoping? Do you wish to compile Qt WebEngine? If so, although I have never built Qt, don't you have to configure to state explicitly that you wish to do so?
