Hi! I am doing a game with QML for Symbian^3 (and above). While using the Qt simulator, it seems that .MP3 files are not played, only .wav. If I use a Symbian device (which I don't have yet) for debugging, will Audio and SoundEffect play MP3's?

Wow it wonderfully works! Guess I have used an incompatible mp3 the first time I tested it..

Besides, as it is said in the doc, SoundEffect's volume property does not work in Symbian and Mac, which means you can only have the default volume.

The volume property in Audio works fine.

Yeah true enough, I just programatically loop the Audio element using signals to emulate looping BGM since SoundEffects does not respond to volume changes, tho I am getting noticeable delays with the loop. Oh well I'll just fly with what is available..
