How to change the repaint order of layered QWidget in Qt?
-
I have a Qt application composed by a big QGLWidget rendering 3D models and by a QDockWidget dialog (non-modal) that sometimes appears on top of the QGLWidget in order to change application parameters values. When a big model is rendered I have the dialog temporary freezing (half of a second), showing only the dialog's frame. Then after the QGLWidget containing the 3D model finishes the rendering process the dialog is correctly repainted.
Is it possible to force Qt to call the repaint function of the dialog before the one of the QGLWidget?

No, you cannot alter the painting order.
