where can i find qtcore/private/qconfig_p.h?

when i build qt3dcore module (by source code, qt: v5.12.8, linux: v5.4.18, arm64) on kylin os which is a kind of debian system, its seems that the file qconfig_h.p is not exsist in my system. i think there should be some dependencies that i need build or install first , but sadly i didnt know which modules or packages that i need, so ... i need your support
