default repositories problem in Maintenance Tool

I'm encountering an issue where I want to use the QtCharts library, but it appears that this module is not installed in my Qt version(Qt5.9.9).

I attempted to resolve this by using a repository URL that I found on Stack Overflow (https://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/root/qt/), but I'm still unable to install the QtCharts module. Here's the error message I'm encountering:

And why such an old version?

Hello, it is solved. i just reinstalled the software and selected every Qt tool this time.
