error-free output but not open qt5 designer

Although the interface code I designed runs in the compiler without any problem, the window does not open in the qt application. I do not get any error in the code output. I tried it on different computers and it worked on others.

@gg77 How should anybody know what the problem is if you do not post relevant code?
Or do you mean your designer file does not open in QtDesigner?
