Hard to say, but I guess the NDK version is incompatible.
Have you tried a more recent Qt version (e.g. 6.5 or 6.7)?

@Axel-Spoerl Actually I am working on opensource QGroundControl application which strictly runs on Qt5.15
I also removed extra NDKs from the list.

I have faced the same issue. Deleting cache directories (C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\QtProject\QtCreator\cache\CachedStores) solved this problem.
(Windows 11 / QtCreator 12.0.1 / Qt 6.6.1)
