However, I've encountered an issue after changing the Python version to 3.9.18 and OpenSSL version to 3.0.12 within a Miniconda virtual environment. The problem specifically occurs when using PyQt6-WebEngine for web view, and strangely, everything worked fine up to Python 3.9.7. Here's the error message:</p>
