<![CDATA[Is the Android version I target tied to the Qt version I am using?]]>I am using Qt 5.15.2 and I am trying to decide whether to update to a later Qt version.

Can I continue using 5.15.2 to build for increased Android SDK levels, such as 34+?

Qt version is not supposed to be related to SDK levels. But I can be wrong. Try it out to see if there are issues.
