Got it to work by copying their mirror example exactly:
maintenence.exe --mirror http://ftp2.nluug.nl/languages/qtEven following the instructions, either got the same error as OP or the other screenshot. My bad probably. Anyway, your solution is correct.

@enjoysmath Note, I renamed the long download name of the Qt installer to simply "maintenence.exe"
