I have similar problem. I use Q3Bar and VTKOpenglNativeWidget in my program.
If Q3Bar was displayed first, program will crash when opening VTK widget.
On the contrary, if open VTK widget first, Q3Bar is no problem.

QT version 6.5.2 and VTK is 9.

@shuiliuduan It seems more a VTK problem than a Qt issue. You may post your issue to a VTK forum.
