Cannot install qwt on OS X Lion

When i try to build project qwt.pro i get a error : " Qwt is configured without SVG support ".
I also tried to install from Terminal$ qmake -spec macx-g++
$ make
cd src/ && make -f Makefile
moc qwt_dyngrid_layout.h
/bin/sh: /Developer/Tools/Qt/moc: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [moc/moc_qwt_dyngrid_layout.cpp] Error 127
make: *** [sub-src-make_default-ordered] Error 2How to solve this problem ?
