System Tray Icon problem

I want to place the tray icon in the notification area, but I want it to be displayed without being collapsed. Is there a good way to do this?

If you want to do it manually, then goto Taskbar Settings and select that icon to not be collapsed.
Or do you mean how to do it using Win32 API?

@hskoglund I want to using Win32 API for place the tray icon in the notification area
