@YUTONG What is your resource file encoding? Originally rc files were designed to work with UTF-16LE and that is supported across all Windows languages. Although support was later added for other encodings there are numerous known problems with it. Try to encode your file as UTF-16 and see if that solves the issue.

Hi, your BLOCK is "040904b0" means English Unicode but maybe first try Windows 1252:
"Copyright 2023 \xA9 More text"
and then perhaps UTF-8:
"Copyright 2023 \xC2\xA9 More text"
