How to increase API to 33 on mobile application

I would like to increase the API of my application from 31 to 33 because Google requires it. But in the AndroidManifest.xml file, I have no way to select this version. I use Qt5.15.2
SDK I installed via Android Studio
What could I do to increse version?

@Creatorczyk you can edit the androidmanifest file directly
QtC should have the option, what version of QtCreator are you using ?
