<![CDATA[QSql connection - maintaining keep alive]]>Hi Team,

Do we have an option to maintain a qsql connection as keep alive to mitigate idle db connections closing issue when Firewall is enabled between application server and Database server.

Not at the QSql/Qt level, no. Whether your chosen SQL connector offers this I don't know (see @Christian-Ehrlicher's post below, depends on which SQL).

But I have not heard of doing such a thing anyway.
