Online installer is complete trash

What a piece of garbage. Are you kidding me with 14 hours capped install with installer that does not have minimize ? And download stops at every fail of you servers so I have to click button to continue ? Are you little kids ? Who wrote that installer ? Are they ashamed of themselves ? Is rest of your product of same quality ? What a piece of crap. And I know everything in your company is the same quality because I have been monitoring your failure for nearly two decades now.

Also: This might be caused due to a broken download mirror. Check the search to find topics about how to fix it.
And I know everything in your company is the same quality because I have been monitoring your failure for nearly two decades now
And you still decided to use this "garbage" ;-))))
Depending on your use-case, Qt is one of the best solutions -
@Pl45m4 Nah, It was not 20 years ago, and it isn't now. I need it installed for a day to check something and uninstall it right after. I would never use it for any project. And yea this needs to be commented on because as I can see there is more than one post like this every day. Garbage

I hope you don't feel attacked, but I am honestly curious about your opinion. Saying Qt is a piece of garbage is a bold claim (though I fully agree about their online installer). I personally don't think that Qt is the best framework that could be imagined by today's standards. However, I also don't know anything better. Can you provide pointers to a good replacement of Qt? I only would only need a replacement for QtWidgets as I don't use QML. It still needs to be C++ and support crossplatform portability (Windows, Linux, macOS). Any suggestions (provided with reasons) are highly appreciated.
