Installation via online installer fails "server replied: Not Found"

Hey, I tried downloading Qt and got ~100KB/s download speed, so I decided to try other mirrors. No matter what mirror I am trying to choose (I tried about 6 in the EU), it loads to about 22% and then I get the error
I have started the maintenance tool like this:
But no matter what mirror I am trying to download from, I get the same error.

@Creaperdown I have the same error, I have tried different mirrors and different versions of QT
