Is it possible to adjust Qt Editor view to something like in screen attached?

Not to the best of my knowledge.

When you hover/autocomplete I think you get told about the function parameters, but that does not "stick"/appear on the code.

@JonB when you target class with mouse it outputs extra details, but I want it to be static
is there a way?
