Did you run qmake?
-
@jsulm while running qmake I am getting another error which is
Cannot run compiler 'g++'. Output:
I have added g++ path in Qt creator and environment PATH
-
Hi,
How did you install MinGW ?
Based on what you wrote, I would say not through the Qt Installer. If so, please do and use that one. -
@SGaist I already had minGW installed on my system. And also installed mingw while installing Qt creator.
Can you direct me which mingw installer should I use and specify in qt?
-
Just use the one provided through the Qt Online installer.
-
@SGaist
The path is set in Qt like this:Is it okay?
-
Did you test that you can start it successfully by hand ?
-
@SGaist No I haven't tested that. What exactly do I need to do to test like that?
-
Use a terminal and try to call ˋg++.exe` using the full path to the executable.
