QCamera::FocusModeManual, QCamera::focusDistanceChanged, QCamera::setFocusDistance and others don't work on iOS.

focusDistanceChanged is never emitted, setFocusDistance doesn't change anything in manual mode while isSupported methods return true.

Is it bug or features?
