Qt::WindowStaysOnTopHint inconsistent behavior in RDP sessions on Windows 10

Qt::WindowStaysOnTopHint flag works inconsistently in RDP sessions on Windows 10. It works initially, but after some time the widget with this flag enabled stops being on top of the other windows and behaves more like a regular window

It turns out that the real culprit is another application (on top of which my widget should be) which tries to stay above all other windows
