<p dir="auto">I'd like to set custom "fill" color in a QFrame. But depending on the used style, the color role to change inside its QPalette is different.</p>
<p dir="auto">What is the "official" baskground role of a QPalette ?</p>

<p dir="auto"><code>QPalette::Window</code> but note that styles are free to ignore the palette in order to stick with the platform. Depending on what you want to do a <a href="https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qproxystyle.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">QProxyStyle</a> might be simpler.</p>
