How do I set up the Build Kit?

May I politely suggest you press Help from Creator and search for kit? Then come back if you still have issues. It is a good idea to search documentation either downloaded with Qt or online, it will serve you well going forward :) -

Do you want to show us a screenshot of how your available Build Kits look in Creator? So far as I recall it just "works" under Linux. May require you have installed gcc etc. compiler tools under Arch, I don't know, but the screenshot should show. -

So as far as I can see that is set up, and your project should compile/build. I will have to leave someone else to reply who might understand what problem you are actually experiencing. You say the Build is disabled, or the Run?
