    Good Morning,

    attached you will find a screenshot.

    (1) I am not sure whether I implemented the QTSerialPortInfo right.
    See the screenshot under "Number of serial ports: 0" - I do not understand it, because my terminal found ports.

    (2) Is it possible to address ports with the I/O addresses with QTSerialPort?

    Could You support me in this purposes with code, too?

      Does your user have read/write access rights to /dev/ttySx? I would guess not.
      Add your user to the correct group (see ls -als /dec/ttyS*)
