Please search this forum for the "hundreds" of similar reports. Go into a Command Prompt, set environment variable QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS to 1, run your application and look at the diagnostic output, particularly the end. I am unsure whether under Windows the diagnostic output goes to the terminal or to some debug place, searching this forum may tell you.
