<p dir="auto">Please search this forum for the "hundreds" of similar reports.  Go into a Command Prompt, set environment variable <code>QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS</code> to <code>1</code>, run your application and look at the diagnostic output, particularly the end.  I am unsure whether under Windows the diagnostic output goes to the terminal or to some debug place, searching this forum may tell you.</p>
