why kt creator8.0.2 gives an error and does not start

Hello installed Qt Creator 8.0.2 on a computer running windows 8.1. When I try to start the program, I get the error this application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized, the application does not start at all, there is no window. How to fix this error and make the program work?
