Hello

Is it currently possible to resume development of an old software written in Qt 4 ?

Where could I find Qt Creator 4.x development kit for Linux (Debian stable Mx Linux), please ?

Best port it to Qt 5.

Old versions of Qt and Qt Creator are available in archives: https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/ and https://download.qt.io/archive/qtcreator/.

Maybe newest Qt Creator will still work with Qt4, I don't know.
