Customizing the QSlider groove.

Hello there. I am wondering if there is a way to customize the QSlider groove as the the image depicts:

I can modify some the apperance features of the groove and the handle, like their color and sub-page color or add-page color through qss, but I have no idea how to make the groove like what the image above depicts. Any insights?

For that kind of customization, I think you should start with QAbstractSlider and paint the groove and handle yourself.
