(1)- you either have to properly escape it on the command line or rename it to a name without parenthesis. -
After getting rid of the parentheses. You may have to first make it executable with:
chmod +x qt-unified-linux-x64-4.4.2-online.runand then run it, either specify the full path or './' if you are in the directory where it is located:
./qt-unified-linux-x64-4.4.2-online.run
