Help using gradient

I know how to create widgets and set their position but I'm not knowing how to use the gradient tool found in
the Qt Designer Stylesheet.

I would like to achieve the same gradient colors seen in the picture below, I mean the colors in the borders/background
and in the slot 'selected'.

Could I get any help in this?
