qt creator android sdk missing package installed again and again,why?

I installed qt creator 8.0.2 under MX linux(debian based), then I configured android sdk,but it always prompt "Android SDK installation is missing necessary packages. Do you want to install the missing packages?"
So I click yes.When it finished,the same dialog appears again.
Now it have more then 10 lastest folders in the "cmdline-tools" folder.
But it's not over yet.What's wrong with it? What can I do?
This is android config page.

There are now over 40 folders, but it's not over yet.
