    Hi everyone!

Some context since I am a newbie here:

I've followed the official guide to build a boot2qt image for raspberry pi 4, build the SDK to it and include it in QT Creator.
The chosen machine value was "raspberrypi4-64".
I am using as a development host (machine running QT Creator) a Macbook Pro with Ubuntu 20.04.

Now, I am trying to use pigpio library to handle gpios.

    I've followed this steps:

    wget https://github.com/joan2937/pigpio/archive/master.zip
    unzip master.zip
    cd pigpio-master
    make

Then I moved the compiled folder to the root of my app, and imported the library using the UI.
This was added to my .pro:

    win32:CONFIG(release, debug|release): LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/release/ -lpigpio
    else:win32:CONFIG(debug, debug|release): LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/debug/ -lpigpio
    else:unix: LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/ -lpigpio

    INCLUDEPATH += $$PWD/Libraries/pigpio
    DEPENDPATH += $$PWD/Libraries/pigpio

    win32:CONFIG(release, debug|release): LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/release/ -lpigpiod_if
    else:win32:CONFIG(debug, debug|release): LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/debug/ -lpigpiod_if
    else:unix: LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/ -lpigpiod_if

    INCLUDEPATH += $$PWD/Libraries/pigpio
    DEPENDPATH += $$PWD/Libraries/pigpio

    win32:CONFIG(release, debug|release): LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/release/ -lpigpiod_if2
    else:win32:CONFIG(debug, debug|release): LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/debug/ -lpigpiod_if2
    else:unix: LIBS += -L$$PWD/Libraries/pigpio/ -lpigpiod_if2

    INCLUDEPATH += $$PWD/Libraries/pigpio
    DEPENDPATH += $$PWD/Libraries/pigpio

When i try to build the project those errors are not allowing me to proceed:

    e40afff0-a0b1-4d06-8d9e-e15baa015bb1-image.png

Can anyone help me to figure this out?
I've never worked with boot2qt, so it has been a painful first experience.

@caoc10 The error message says that this library is not compatible - did you build gpios for RaspberryPi (ARM) or your host machine (x86_64). You can easily check that using following command:

      file PATH_TO_LIB_FILE

        Hi @jsulm

You are right. When I run:

        file PATH_TO_LIB

        It returns x86_64.

Any hint on how should I build pigpio for ARM on my x86_64 machine?

        Thank you.

In the same way you build your application for RaspberryPi (using your cross compilation setup).
