How to adapt components to window size in qt design studio?

I used Mac to create a project in qt design studio. A rectangle will be automatically generated in the project. Then the rectangle cannot be scaled with the window at the same time, and I cannot bind it with the window, so the charts I put here cannot be scaled with the window

Is there any way to solve this problem
