In this case Qt Maintenance Tool is of no use.
You seem to do cross compilation, right? In this case you have an SDK, right? In this SDK you have Qt, make sure it also contains QtWebKit module.

I am using a i.MX6Dual Processor NXP SOC, which using Yocto Build system.
I have installed the QT updated the recipe and used the following command to install QT in final image:

bitbake meta-toolchain-qt5
